Reservation Rules

• Cancellation and Refund Conditions: Your reservation can be refunded or changed until May 10, 2026. For all your requests, simply send an email to info@xpturizm.com.
• Reservation Guarantee: Payment by credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
• Name and Document Accuracy: The name on the reservation must exactly match the passport information of the person staying. Please ensure you have entered your information correctly.
• Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in times at hotels are national times. Generally, check-in is in the afternoon (14:00), and check-out is in the morning (12:00).
